See the modified readme file to get started. It is basically, download the file, unzip it and then after you modify your hosts file through the menu options, you can run the software.
It is very close to a one click install and does not really "install" as such as it just runs in place. So, that means removing it is as simple as deleting the directory.
You will need to stop any traffic that runs on port 80 (other web servers, skype, etc) in order to run it.
